Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
Don Sazon Lemon Pepper
Optional:
2 tablespoons butter
4-6 thinly sliced lemon
Italian Parsley sprigs (rinsed and dried)
Preparation:
- Tenderize the chicken breast using a meat mallet
- Using 1 tablespoon of olive oil, rub it on all sides of the chicken breast.
- Coat evenly with Don Sazon Lemon Pepper Seasoning on all sides. Place the seasoned chicken in a dish, cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Directions:
- Heat up a cast iron pan.
- Add butter.
- Maintain a high heat and sear both sides of chicken.
- Reduce heat.
- Place lemon slices on top of each chicken breast.
- Continue to cook chicken until it reaches the appropriate temperature. We suggest using a meat thermometer.
Plate and garnish with the sprigs of parsley. Serve with rice and vegetables to complement the meal. For extra tasty vegetables, lightly sprinkle Don Sazon Lemon Pepper Seasoning over them when cooking. Enjoy!
